How do you remove pollen stains from a jumper without ruining the jumper?

The best way to get Lilly pollen out of clothing is to dab it with sellotape first as soon as you notice it then wash it. In my job my uniform is white and i must get Lilly pollen on me at least once a month and this method never fails me.

Try white vinegar,it works on numerous things even mould, worth a try and it wont harm the material
Reply:i am in the same situation, i have pollen in a nice pale blue fleece, mum says it should wash out over time but so far it seems permenant! take it to the dry cleaner or buy a new tshirt
Reply:I'm sure removing grass stains are about as tuff as pollen stains. This is going to sound strange but it works well for grass stains. Karo corn syrup...rub it into the stain and wash as normal if you don't have karo on hand use Domino sugar, make a paste with water and cover the stain this you need to let set for about 1 hour the wash as normal....Murphy's oil soap also works really well on tough stains.
Reply:Use cellotape ! Thats my answer and i'm sticking to it !
