Would a humming bird and flower (that contains pollen) be an example of symbiosis?

Wouldn't this be the perfect example of mutualism?

Don't both parties benefit?

My biology book does not consider this to be considered symbiosis. Can you think of why?

I would call this mutualism because the flower benefits from being pollinated and the bird benefits by getting food. I cannot imagine why the book doesn't consider this to be symbiosis. Does it mention flowers and bees as a symbiotic relationship? It's the same thing.
Reply:I think symbiosis is a closer relationship. Like an Algae and a fungus in Lichen.
