Both me and the girls are having a hard time coping with our allerigies today and I have to go to the store today when is the best time to go out side to do so?

In the morning. The air is clearer from the cold evening, keeping pollen closer to the ground and also smog is lower.

Reply:Early in the morning while the dew is still on the ground, before the sun has dried everything. I think the same would be true of going outside after it has rained.
