Yes, you should probably take a Claritin daily while pollen is high just to make sure. If you get another one, it could be hormones or stress. I can't stay in the sun for too long and I'll get one.


Track your symptoms with what you did and ate that day every time you get one. Within months (or a year, depending on how often you get them) you can find out what triggers them.

Reply:Probably a sinus headache. Benadryl and Advil should do the trick - just don't drive while on these meds.
