What is a good remedy for allergies during the pollen season?

I found Pyroton (sorry about spelling) very effective. I have asthma as well as being allergic to pollen, grass and dust .

What is a good remedy for allergies during the pollen season?
Besides staying in doors like a recluse, I take Dristan for some reason it helps me, keeps me uncongested, and doesn't let my nose run yet frees up my breathing.
Reply:if your going to use a nasal spray,its better that you use a saline spray,regular nasal sprays you can become addicted to and it can leave you with a rebound affect.and youll be worse off for it.
Reply:Get a neti pot! A neti pot is a pot that helps you rinse your nasal passages. I have horrid allergies, and in combination with my medications (accolate, and OTC zyrtec) my allergy symptoms have really diminished. Rinse twice a day, you'll feel so much better!
