How do i get lily pollen out of my platinum blonde hair?

I managed to brush against some lily's and have gotten the pollen on my hair!


I have tried to wash it several times, and have removed some of the orange stain, but i cant get the rest to budge - please please help me !!!!!

I have been told to try washing with white vinegar and/or hydrogen peroxide. I have also heard that sunlight will remove it.





You might try to put some fresh lemon juice on the stained areas and sit outside in the sun. ( It works to get natural highlights)
Reply:Everything I've heard and read about lily pollen says not to wet the stain, but brush or hoover it off, or lift off the grains with sellotape. I'm sorry I can't be more help!

Reply:wash, wash, and rewash...use the entire bottle of shampoo if you have to. Or, use shampoo that is specifically for build up. I had this once with nail polish and it took several reapeated washings but it finally came out. Use HOT water too which is horrible on hair, but it will help to get the pollen out quicker.
