How can i remove pollen from a white t-shirt?
Soak it in a bleach solution and then wash as normal. Read the instructions on the bleach bottle for the correct amount. I hope this has been useful.

Reply:have you tried a vanish inwash or as you have already washed it have you tried a grass stain remover, they say you can remove it with selotape before washing, but ive not tried it myself

Reply:Try Vanish spray - the one in the pink bottle.
Reply:Take one cotton bud and some bleach, apply the bleach to the affected area with the cotton bud, leave on for a few minutes then wash on a 40 degree cycle. I have do it loads of times and it works beautifully. GOOD LUCK !
