Do the bees die when we collect the pollen from them, for consumption?

Bee Pollen is a superfood, I am wondering how they collect it, and if it affects the bees at all...

Do the bees die when we collect the pollen from them, for consumption?
bees collect pollen on there legs and bodies thats why that are fuzzy, and it also how flowers grow, bees pick up the pollen from flower go to another area and pollinate so more flowers will grow, and whats left they take home and convert it into honey, bees eat honey and no they don't die from collecting pollen, they die when they lose a stinger though.
Reply:No. They put a screen over the entrance to their hive with just enough room for them to squeeze through. It leaves pollen on the screen and they take it off of the screen. Bees are fine.
