I have a headache, stuffy nose, sore throat, and im really hot then really cold also i am losing my voice. i have been sick since last friday and i have had to stay home from activitys every day its really starting to bug me.
I have bad allergys i guess to pollen and none of the medicene i have tried has worked what should i try?
Try beathing through a wet wash cloth. That will filter out pollens and get moisture in your sinus cavities.
