i am broke and so are my parents i can't afford even over the counter allergy meds my stomach i hurting alot and my head is really stuffy and i'm coughing a bit if i'm not carefull i'll lose my voice any at home trick that can help me?

Call your Dr. and ask for samples or go to the nearest (free) health center. They will GIVE you some medicine. I'm assuming you live in the SOUTH, WHERE THE POLLEN IS HELL HERE. If it rains you'll be able to tell a HUGE difference. Wash your hair and pillow cases daily so you don't breathe pollen while you sleep. Good luck. (Steamy showers work wonders too! Keep house and linens clean til it rains.) good luck!
Reply:You can use a saline (salt) solution to put up you nose. You can also fill a big bowl with boiling water and put your face over it and put a towel over you and the bowl - steam really helps congestion and breathing problems
If your family can scrape up about $10 you can get Flomax allergy nasal spray in the drug store - the stuff is fantastic for nasal congestion.
