How good are bee pollen pills? Are they better than regular vitamin pills?

That's kind of a wierd question. Bee pollen is not a vitamin, so they're kinda not even the same thing. What is a "regular" vitamin pill anyway?

If you mean multi-vitamin, then I guess you're thinking of something with Vitamins A, Bs, C, D, E, and K, along with all the minerals you need, then no, bee pollen is not going to have all of that.

Bee pollen is very high in B-vitamins, probably higher than most multi-vitamins, and is usually considered to give you energy and help boost immune system, but if you're choosing to take one or the other, take the multi-vitamin. Bee pollen is not the first thing everyone should take, but maybe if you're taking 10-11 things already that are more important for your body, then you could add bee pollen to the mix.

Bee pollen is great, but not necessary. Anyone that makes a judgement that it's "better" than a vitamin is lying to you, since they're basically not the same thing.

It's kinda like asking if cats are better than dogs. Someone could say "yes" or "no" but they're both wrong, since anyone could argue it either way because they're too different to compare exactly.
