Does avoiding walking under trees when one has tree pollen allergies help limit exposure?

Looking for ways to not get so much on me and in my car. Also, anyone know the best way to keep it off my car as my eyes water when I drive.

Does avoiding walking under trees when one has tree pollen allergies help limit exposure?
Pollen is so fine it is readily carried by the slightest breeze. Not walking under the tree can decrease the amount of pollen you take in through aspiration, and also does not allow the gross amounts to infiltrate your clothing to the highest degree. but one, without using a breathing apparatus can not eliminate it all.

Parking in a garage, or using a car cover can protect contamination from direct contact with falling, or blown pollen.

When in your car under those circumstances it is wise to recirculate the air in the vehicle. that will Keep out most of the air-born pollen.

There is a nasal filter that fits completely in the nares and can be obtained at allergy clinics or allergy Dr.'s offices. One is called Nafil. -nasal filter. It has a clip with a small filter on both ends that is inserted into the nares of the nose. I have used them, and they are quite comfortable and inconspicuous.
