Pollen causes me to be congested every morning. How do you get rid of that?

Take an antihistamine DAILY, like Claritin. I use Alavert (same drug, but cheaper brand) every day for the same thing. It works very well for me. Some drugs work better for some people, etc. Talk to your doctor about finding one that works for you.

Well what i have done is gotten a 400 dollar frederick air purifier. It has done wonders also get some kind of antihistamine. I reccommend talking to an allergist to find out which is the right one for you.
Reply:try taking bee pollen to build your immune system. If you want to be all natural, get a Nehti pot from the health food store to rinse of your nasal passages.
Reply:You should probably be tested for allergies. When the dr. finds out which ones you are allergic to, he can then mix up a shot to help build you up so you don't have that problem anymore.....
